Widget to show number of Open Incidents that have breached SLA targets in a given period

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where report enables the user to review the number of Open Incidents that have breached SLA targets in a given period.

Kindly help me on achieving this.

Hi @Community Alums ,

1st, you create a report based on the table sla_incident and give the filter has breached is true.

2nd, post that to a dashboard

3rd, on same dashboard, create an interactive filter for date range selection.

by doing above you have completed to provide users with a report that show incident with breached SLA within a given period.
