Is there any widget that stores or displays multiple catalogs when clicked on that particular widget on the portal?

Yes, there is a widget called the SC Categories widget that stores or displays multiple catalogs when clicked on that particular widget on the portal.

The SC Categories widget displays a list of categories from the Service Catalog.

When a user clicks on a category, the widget displays a list of the catalogs in that category.
