Window title is incorrect (%name) on Portal for both ENGlish and other languages

Hello,

I'm finding difficulty getting windows title name correct for my portal. For my EN and FR both I'm getting Windows title with %name.

The issue persists only within the SC Catalog items 4th selection.

 

I checked with Dynamic Page variables and it shows this for both EN and FR.

How can I fix this?
