i have a requirement where the change is to get created with custom model type and for that change as it is used internally we don't have any CI's but need to check the conflict with existing change using the planned start and planned end date
As we are facing the same issue, we are curious to hear if the unconventional solution mentioned above worked. We tried this on a PDI but the blackout schedule does not show when scheduling a change unless we add a CI to the change.
