Hi,
My question is "As a member of the assigned change management group of the service offering, I want to be able to cancel the Change at any stage (not closed)".
Can any one help me to do this in easy steps?
Thank you

This is not about Workflow, for this you need to update the condition on cancel change button.

You mean using UI actions?
Can you share steps in detail?

Hi @JulietD,
in the cancel change UI Action, there is condition field, there you can set the condition as below:
!current.state='4'// means you excluding can cancel condition
else you can provide more condition as below:
current.state=='3'|| current.state=='1'//give the backend name which state you want to show the cancel change.
Please accept my solution if it works for you and thumps up.
Thanks
Jitendra
