Work notes and Additional comments being Duplicated

This is in particular to Incidents
i have had reports thats some work notes when added by users of resolver groups is being duplicated upto 5 times

all of these are timed with 1 second between the first and the last one
and some additional comments are also duplicating

these are timed about 1 second apart
i have checked that there are no BR with current.update()
Also when i look at the reported duplication as Admin i cannot see it (there is no duplication for me
but when i impersonate the user i can see the duplication

i cannot figure out what is causing this

that isnt my issue

Did you ever find the reason. Experiencing the same thing here and I looked in the Audit history. The duplicated comments do not have a Type set but it is registered to the same user

I'm having the same issue, the duplicated comments have:

+ Type is empty (the original one is Audit), Update number is 0, the Update time is exactly as the original one and with the same user.

 

This happens in multiple instances of different customers as well ! It's strange that ServiceNow should have known about this and I expect more users report on this issue.
