Work notes created in the sys_journal_field table are not appearing in the record.

Hello,

 

I created a journal entry for work notes in the sys_journal_field table for an incident record, but the work notes are not showing when I open the record.

Can you check if work notes selected in the Filter Activity?

Also check if the field is getting hidden via UI  policy/Data policy/turn on  ACL debugger to debug if there are any ACL's restricting the access. Also please check suggestions from the below thread.

I would also verify that the activity is set to show work notes and comments.
