Work notes should be editable for all users

Hello everyone.

We have a requirement where the form should be readable except the work notes section, i.e. the work notes should be editable for everyone even though they do not have any role.

I have created one ACL which I have attached in the screenshot but it is not working.

You should be careful with licensing. Your idea suggests that all users will need to have an ITSM Fulfiller license, which could be quite costly depending on how many there are.

Inability for users to edit their own work notes is literally the dumbest thing ever (audit or not).  Users should be able to revise or delete their own work notes. Service Now needs to fix this in their next release. 

Audit the changes (like the deletion of the work note or the revision of the work note). Come on guys, this is so dumb.

As an admin, I can't tell you how many times I get this kind of stuff:

I was working on two tickets and accidentally put a work note into the wrong ticket

I want to revise my grammar in a work note

I want to better summarize my work notes to make it clearer to someone that might read it later

I accidentally posted the same work note twice

FIX THIS!
