Hello guys. I currently work as an IT Service Desk Analyst and the ServiceNow Helsinki was deployed to us just this year.
I was wondering how we could get back the timestamp on the work notes that I write because I seem to have lost it together with my colleague who just noticed he lost his time stamp as well.
Please see below for more details.
I've tried to login to our ServiceNow test version but same issue happens.
Can you help on how to restore it back please? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

It shows for me on both my Istanbul sandbox and my Helsinki one. I think there's probably a hidden property that enable/disables this--I know i've seen this in the past.

I am the only User in my company with this issue.
I am also only User that uses a portrait screen to view tickets.
Current setup, 2 landscape display screen, 1 portrait display screen.(makes viewing tickets, for more ticket information to display on screen.)
IE no issues with hover feature on any screen.
Chrome & Firefox:
On the portrait screen the work notes time stamp will never show.
If I move the page to a landscape screen the time stamp shows just fine. Hover works like it should.
I would prefer to work on tickets in chrome or firefox.
Any reasons why this is an issue in the Chrome and Firefox browsers in Portrait view?

I would assume that they're more sensitive to rendering elements with a width that's wider than the "available" space.
What happens if you reduce the zoom size on those browsers?

I have tried messing with zoom when full screen on portrait with no luck.
When browser is not full screen the portrait screen still has issues till I move it to the horizontal screen and back. If I try to change the window size of it on my portrait screen (while hover time stamp works) it eventualy switch back to not working.
It is quite a weird bug. Would like to know why Chrome/Firefox are only affected by this? Is it a css error thinking site viewed on a mobile screen? Cause many android devices use chrome, and view most webpages in portrait full screen view.
*Update* Loaded My service now site on my phone's chrome web browser. There is no way to change it from being viewed regularly and not in mobile view. (Unless I am not seeing the setting which could be possible.)*
