Hi Team,

we have created one application module "create request" after clicking this option in application navigator it will redirect to catalog item URL so that ITIL user can fill the details and submit the catalog item & it is working fine.... is it possible to do this same requirement in workspace view can any one give us the solution

Hello @Shabbir1,

From the Service Operations Workspace, you can create request from Incident or Interaction records. There is an action already available for this.

Also, if you want to create request via a module in app nav, you may consider having a module with link type as URL and URL as now/sow/record/sc_cat_item/-1
