Workflow does not work in the workspace

My workflow is when the record in sn_sec_tisc_indicator table is created, the record in sn_sec_tisc_case table will be generated. The workflow works fine when in the classic mode, but when I created the record in the workspace, the workflow does not run. Why?

What's the trigger condition? is that condition met when you submit record from workspace?

Any error in system logs?

why workflow? why not use Flow designer for this with no-code, low-code?

Sorry for the confusion, yes, I used Flow designer. There is no error in the system logs.
