Workflow Editor search bar "disappears"

The search bar disappeared from the header of the workflow editor.

@DoDo labs___ , couple of things you can try around.

1) check if it's a browser specific issue? If you are using chrome, try using edge etc. And see if you get the filter option there?

2) Is every user facing the same issue? Or this issue is related to users having particular role or its only happing with particular users.

3) Clear the cache from /cache.do after that login and logout again to check of the issue resolves
