Workflow is getting stuck at Begin activity

Workflow is getting stuck at Begin activity. Also, checked in the Active context, there is an error in the logs and every time I had to click on "Nudge" UI action to trigger the workflow

Hi, where is nudge UI located? can't see it on my workflow view. Thank you!

In the filter navigator:
Workflow > Live Workflow > Active contexts
The Nudge UI Action will be located in the toolbar of an active wf_context record
