Workflow not being attached to Catalog Item

Hi,

I created a Catalog Item and attached a workflow to it in Dev instance and captured it in the Update Set.

But when I when I moved it to QA instance, the workflow was added but it wasn't attached to the Catalog Item, so I added it manually and captured it in update set as well.

Then when I moved it to Prod the same thing happened, the workflow didn't get attached to the catalog item. So I added it manually. It worked fine for a while but later it automatically went back to the way it was i.e not attached and it was taking up the default workflow.

Please help.

Hi @Navya43,

Is your Catalog item/Workflow is same in every instance? I mean sys_id is same or not?

Thanks,

The Catalog item/ Workflow are both same. I'm not sure if the sys_id changes or not.

Hi @Navya43,

If Catalog item/ Workflow both have same sys_id's in each instances, then it should be attached to catalog item.

Thanks,

Sagar Pagar

Hi @Navya43

can you share the screen shot of your workflow. Also, please check if the workflow is published.
