Looking for some assistance on creating a work flow.
We have a tasker to notify owners of all our 2016 servers in our environment and request permission to upgrade their servers from 2016 to 2022. Easiest way that I can think of doing this is to use the cmdb_servers table and filter it down to 2016 OS's. Then use that data to create a flow sends a request to that owner.
I am pretty new to the workflow creator so I am looking for some assistance on how to make this work, specifically by using the owned by field.
I would like the request to only send one request to each owner, even if they own say.. 40 servers. Is that possible?
