Hi Guys,
We have a new requirement to check if the there is any catalog task present with same transaction number in open state. If existing record found, the follow up count of that task should be updated +1 and if not it should create new catalog task under the RITM.
Questions:-
How do I map RITM variable(transaction number) Values in to catalog task fields?
how do I check if there is any existing catalog task in open state for same transaction number and update its follow up count?
