Workflows not showing up in options

I'm trying to make a catalog item and the workflow that I just created and published is not showing up in the options to choose from for the catalog item...why is this and how can i fix this?

What table did you configure the Workflow to run on?  It should be "sc_req_item".

It is published for sure, but I have been trying to follow this Lab and this is what it told me to do...

I'm thinking that solution can be simplified a bit.  What version is your instance running?
