Worknote/Additional comments are not visible on single incident record

Hi All,
There is one incident record which doesn't show any work notes/comments Activity in Production instance while same incident I did xml transfer to development instance, and I see work Notes there.
I clicked on Filter activity (funnel icon) on Notes to show all the fields, but it didn't help.
sys_Journal_field table shows work notes for this incident. How do I bring activity notes for this incident?

Yes view and layout everything was same in both instances. And I couldn't find any ACL change.

OK not changed ACL, can you review the incident.* and incident.work_notes?
If no anomaly spotted, then raise a case for ServiceNow to assist you:

- right bottom corner: Create a case
Note: there might be maintenance in progress and the Portal might be unavailable, try it a bit later (perhaps on Monday)
