Hello @nameisnani ,
The reason is that the field has been not selected in the form layout. Please follow the below steps to add Worknote:
Open an RITM record.
Right-click the header and go to Configure > Form Layout.
In the "Available" slushbucket, look for "Work notes" and move it to the "Selected" slushbucket.
Save the changes.
Please Mark Correct ✔️ if this solves your query and also mark Helpful 👍 if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Hi @nameisnani,
have you checked the other views?
It might be removed from the form...
You can click the three lines as seen above and then Configure > Form Layout:
And then you will have a chance to add it there but you should get the platform owner agreement on that...

Go to sc_req_item.LIST -> Configure -> Form Layout
Add it from Available to Selected and place it under the section you would like the field to be visible. If you have multiple views, add the field under required views and save the record.
If this helped to answer your query, please accept the solution and close the thread.
Thanks,
Bhuvan
