Workplace Service Deliver Indoor Mapping failure to connect

I'm trying to get a demo stood up in my PDI that will in part show how the Indoor Mapping tool works.  I'm trying to upload the "CAD file example - Complies with guidelines.dwg" file from the CAD file guidelines, as well as a few others, and have received "Setup job failed for the following reason: Could not connect to Map Import service" every time.  In the past I've seen folks told the import service was down, is that the case today?  Are there any other steps I should take to resolve this?  Below is a screengrab of my indoor mapping properties

I recommend that you open a case with ServiceNow support.
