In Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), work orders are not generated automatically out-of-the-box simply by creating a workplace case. By default, Workplace Case Management handles requests internally through standard task assignments and workflows. To generate a work order (typically integrated with Field Service Management or Facilities), you must implement additional configurations, such as custom business rules, Flow Designer actions, or specialized integration flows, to bridge workplace cases and work orders based on specific request types or categories.
