Workspace collaborate chat - Group chat

Hi

 

I would want to explore the possibility to start a group chat using the collaborate feature in workspace

 

Now i can only see the sugestions to start a chat with the agent, but i can not start for example a chat with the Assigment group

No, OOTB we can chat with Agent / individual not with group.
