created one dashboard in workspace servicenow. The dashboard having interactive filters and working but few users not able to apply filter for random assignment group (few group when select filter working for few group filter showing not applied). For other users when selecting the same assignment group it is getting applied. Can someone please help?
Note: Both are part of the same dashboard access group -

user 2 able to apply filter
