Workspace Form Headers not being shown

Hi,

Im struggling to make the Workspace Form Headers appear - In form builder they are shown as hidden and I made sure to uncheck the hidden option and saved, nothing showing up still

Nothing shows up below the Title there...

This is what I have configured for form headers:

Any help would be appreciated

Hey Vini,

Make sure to delete the cache and refresh the page - right click > inspect then right click on the refresh button if and click on empty cache and hard reload (if you are using chrome)
