Hi Guys,
I am trying to create a workspace schedule for an IT manager workspace - Similar to this. But I haven't found the right instructions/documentation to do so.
Does anyone here was able to create this one and what approach did you use to do it?

Agree, you mean On call schedule. But still not able to understand if it is already why you want to create again for workspace?

Hi Anil,
The screenshot was from a video I found in the ServiceNow Product Documentation - and I need to do the exact thing in my instance. However, I was not able find the exact process on how to do it yet.
