I am in the process of configuring a new global search similar to below screen shot for the Digital portfolio workspace which we are using.
So far, I have done the below steps.
1. Created a new AI search application.
2. Created a search profile with sources and indexed the required table.
3. Created facets for the search application.
4. In the UI Builder, for the required workspace settings, I have configured the search properties as below
But still I am not able to see this search option on the drop down of the global search [refer the first screenshot for].
I might be missing something here. Could you please help me here. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I had to look at this long time ago, but if I remember, to be able to see (and in my case I wanted to hide some of the searches), what I had to do was to actually hide the workspace as it seemed the workspace dropdown was somehow linked with the search dropdown.
I had to configure the roles I wanted to exclude on ACLs like the following :
Once you ensure that your user can read the workspace from the workspace dropdown, then we can investigate if the search is not still working.
Having a look at my old workspace I built, I have under experiences the follow ux page property :
This points to a record in the table : sys_aw_global_search_config
And then also the following property
Which points to the sys_search_context_config table
I hope this helps in finding the issue, although my situation was for a new workspace, not multiple sources on 1 workspace.
