We recently upgraded to Utah version, and after that people seem to randomly being sent to the SERVICE DELIVERY WORKSPACE and do not know how to get out of it. How to I stop people from getting directed to the Service Delivery Workspace without asking to be?

Hi,
I'd recommend checking out this thread talks about the same sort of thing. The overall point is how to change the default behavior when people are logging in, etc. however, in your post, you're making it seem like they're viewing an incident record or something and then randomly...they're being sent to this workspace? I don't think it's randomly happening, but if it is, you may want to submit a support ticket to ServiceNow for assistance.

You are correct that its only on login. But its a small percentage of users, so it seems 'random' in that regard, but not in navigation of the app. There is no clear way to LEAVE workspaces, so I am having to explain how to set a default start page. I am testing your solution on our sub-prod instances. Thank you!

That KB article did not seem to do anything for the people that get the workspace on login.

Hi,
Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. Can you check if this system property is set to true?
From here, users can go to their profile menu (upper right-hand corner), click display, then change their default landing page upon login.
