Workspace Starting Without Asking- How to Turn Off

We recently upgraded to Utah version, and after that people seem to randomly being sent to the SERVICE DELIVERY WORKSPACE and do not know how to get out of it. How to I stop people from getting directed to the Service Delivery Workspace without asking to be?

Yes, we do have that set and this is what we are using as a work-around. It seems odd that there isn't an X or CLOSE to exit the workspace. I get the intention, but its still a dumb limitation that is trapping my users in an unwanted view until they reach out to support, for something we never turned on. Frustrating.

Hi,

I don't see that as the default behavior that it's sending people to that specific workspace. That's not happening on my end or in any of the instances I'm working in. Outside of that, it is happening for you, so in an effort to try and address it, without the users having to submit a ticket to get their preference set, you can create an entry named: my_home_navigation_page on the sys_user_preference table for no user, but select system = true and set the value (i.e., $pa_dashboard.do) to what you want it to be for the default scenario and that will set the default for everyone unless they pick their own, which then the system will use what they select.
