Wrong State created from Self-Service submition

Hello, Community. I have a question for you. The new Scoped was created with Task table extended. When I create a new request from the Next Experience UI, the right state is created as "New,"Screenshot 2024-01-23 at 17.25.25.png

but when I create a new request from the Service Catalog, the state is "On Hold" when it must be "New".

Why does this behavior act, and how can I adjust this behavior?

Can you try to set the state of the record in your record producer script to new.

 

If its a record producer you might able to add in the What it will contain section in the script field, current.state = 'New'// whatever the value is for the New state choice is.

 

Please try and above and see if that changes the record state to new.

 

Is this a catalog item or a record producer?

Did you create choices for your custom table like below:

I do not see the New value for the task table state field on the dictionary entry:

 1 = Open on the task table.
