Wrong view when url is shortened (sysparm_tiny)

Hi experts

We currently have a problem that our ServiceNow URLs are long, and as a result, ServiceNow is shortening the URLs (sysparm_tiny). Apparently, this overrides the "View Rules". 

We already tried once to disable the tiny plugin, but this caused other problems. Anybody has a solution, how to display the correct view no matter whether the URL was shortened or not?

I never saw tiny URLs in action but it sounds like a bug, you could raise in support portal.
