I have a workspace with many groups.
When no filter is applied the Pivot tables used have a scroll bar.
A weird interaction when clicking on any of the "Total" row values.
The view changes to the top of the list on the first click (on the value direct and on the cell)
On the second click it opens the records in a new (workspace) tab as usual.
this is repeating every time it opens a new tab and we go back. first click ends on top, second click opens the record.
This isn't a problem if there is no scroll bar.
Anyone know how to fix this? I couln't find a solution here.
Making the table bigger isn't an viable solution for me.
*edit*
I've tested some options but to no avail.
It seems to be not a problem of entrys or size.
The main issue seems to be wether the top row (titles) is visible on screen or not.
It jumps to this top left cell every time. Also when the chart interaction (drilldown) is disabled.
We are using Xanadu Patch 3 Release and I can't remember a similar problem before, but I can't say for certain.
Solved! Go to Solution.

We had the same issue, are currently on Patch 4.
It seems we had an outdated version of the Data visualisations plugin on production. On subprod, this was up-to-date.
Go to the store: ServiceNow Store - Data visualizations - Click on "Get" to make the plugin available for production. No idea why this is needed now considering we have been using the plugin since it exists.
Then sync your production and update the plugin: https://XXX.service-now.com/now/app-manager/home/app/id/2926d7e8a2ac632a750a9c9101f4cff0/v/26.0.4/de...
