Hi, Im using a dashboard in the SOW but when I go into it says You do not have permission to access this dashboard at the moment. Im very confused as it is clearly shared and even in the shared with me section they can see it fine. Any suggestions?

did you try giving admin role and see?

You most likely don't have the proper access to content contained on the dashboard.
First check that the dashboard is not restricted to specific roles that you do not have. The same applies to specific groups of which you may not be a part of. These are found in the "Visible To" field of the dashboard configuration. Assume that if anything other than 'Everyone' is selected for Visible To then you will need to be included as a user or in a role or group granted access in order to view the dashboard.
Depending on the how the dashboard is built you may need "report_view" on specific tables queried by the dashboard or other "CRUD" permissions for the tables.
