Hi Community,
I'm encountering a critical issue while creating an HR Case in HRSD. After submitting the case, I get the following alert:
"Alert level: critical. You do not have permission to read the created record."
Has anyone faced this before?
Additional context:
I'm creating the case manually (not via portal or API).
My user has roles like sn_hr_core.basic

Hi Satyam. So, you believe this is restricting visibility of the cases the HR user can see to the groups they are in.
How does this work? They can create a case of any type, and the case becomes assigned automatically and whether or not they can see it based on the groups they are in? I'm trying to wrap my head around this code and how it might cause cases being generated without a case number.
