You do not have permission to see this catalog

Hi,

I am trying to use a specific catalog in SOW, but I get the message "You do not have permission to see this catalog".

I set the catalog sys_ID in the Catalog ID textbox from the catalog IFrame.

If I clear the catalog ID textbox then I get the standard service catalog.

I am logged as an admin.

I can see my catalog at Employee Center, but not in SOW.

What am I missing?

Thank you

Hi everyone,

I found what I was missing.

I needed to add my own catalog in the SOW portal catalog section.

In All/Service Portal/Portals/Service Workspace Portal I get a message "This item is read-only based on its protection policy". This record is read-only, but the catalog related list is not read-only.

So I just had to edit that catalog section.

Thank you all

The message I get is "You do not have permission to see this catalog". Those links refer to a category.

Thanks

@jose_quinonez  Same question has been asked on below thread, I have answered it here as well.

Error "You do not have permission to see this catalog" in UI Builder while configuring SOW

Thanks,
