Hi,
SOW agents can create a new request from an existing interaction. This button opens the default Service Catalog.
I want to specify my own catalog.
I am trying to set the specific catalog sysID in the Catalog Id text box in UI Builder/Service Operations Workspace/Record (Catalog Item Page SNC)/Catalog IFrame/Config section, but I get this error "You do not have permission to see this catalog".
I even created a dummy catalog with one category and one catalog item with no usert criteria, but I still get this error.
What am I missing?
Thanks

Hello Harsh,
The problem was that I needed to configure the SOW portal. I skipped that because the portal record is a read-only item and I got confused.
Thanks anyway

It seems to be an ACL issue. You can refer to the below article.

Hi, I am logged on as the System Administrator. What could be the ACL issue?

@jose_quinonez You are absolutely on right track BUT just make changes only on "Sys ID" field. you don't need to add the catalog item sys id on "Catalog Id" field.
Attached screenshot for you reference.
I have tested this on my personal instance and it is working fine.
Hope it will help you.
Thanks,
Harsh

Hi,
I don't want to use the standard service catalog. I want to use my own catalog, that's why I am typying my own catalog sys ID in the Catalog ID textbox.
The screenshot refers to a particular item in the standard service catalog.
