Your instance is hibernating

Not sure why my instance became hibernating.

I clicked on <Wake> button a few times, but after half a day, the instance is still not up for testing.

Can anyone advise?

 

this message showed when i click on <wake>:

We are waking 'nowlearning-<masked>.lab.service-now.com'

Please wait as this may take up to 20 minutes.

@ygfeng - Once after you click on the "Wake". Please try to access the instance with the use of URL after 3 or 5 minutes instead of waiting for the current page to reload. 

 

If the instance is still not coming up for about 20 minutes then you can terminate and request for new lab instance or else create a case in the now learning portal about the lab instance unavailability issue.

Sometimes things take time, and I understand it can be frustrating. However, there’s no other option but to wait. If you release this instance now, you'll lose all of your previous work, which could be useful in future labs.

Hi @ygfeng,

Try again, if it didnt work best to release and request new one as this is lab instance, there will be more instance request available and this time keep incremental backup.

If it take lot of time close the window..Try to open again by click on the open instance button.
