ServiceNow DevOps Implementation and Integrating PostgreSQL DB in DevOps

Hi guys, 
I am new to ServiceNow DevOps module and while exploring DevOps module I found that we have OOB tools integration available like for GitHub, GIRA, Jenkins etc., but My client requirement is to have integration with PostgreSQL while implementing DevOps module,

can anyone please help me to find out is it possible to do so and how to start implementation of it?
Also, I have question can we have API call development to integrate GitHub, GIRA, Jenkins etc. while making connection with such tool, I intentionally don't want to go with OOB steps given by DevOps module to establish connection.

Please share if you have any leads.
