Why has "Security prevents reading Created - no records displayed" begun displaying on a report?

Hi there,

Users have begun to see "Security prevents reading Created - no records displayed" on a report that they used to have no issues with viewing on their dashboard. Any ideas why this is showing up all of a sudden? Below is the report, if you need any more details please let me know, thank you!

ACL issue.   Do they still see the error if you remove "created" from the list?
