Digital Product Release - JIRA mapping

Hi all, I have been assigned to configure the DPR workspace within ServiceNow. We have since configured our JIRA tool so we can see imports of work items and plans within our tool. However, my main ask is how are JIRA work items mapped into ServiceNow. Some spaces allow me to see Epics as Enhancements but Features are coming in as a Story despite it being a feature natively. These features are also not appearing under Product features within the Product overview. Is this the default configuration or where can I review the mapping for my JIRA items into ServiceNow ?
