Enterprise Service Desk

Hi 

I just want to know is there any module called "Enterprise Service Desk" powered by ServiceNow. Whether it is custom based application which is suite of ITSM. Kindly please clarify about this.

The closest I could find was Enterprise Service Hub, a paid app in the store.
