We have integrated DPR with Github and everything was fine last month. recently, the GitHub token was expired so the connection was lost. Token was regenerated and was updated in Update Credentials of the DPR connection Tool. It says connected but also says webhook is not configured correctly and overall status needs attention. Please help on how to resolve such issues after password expiry.

I think there is some frequency at which the tool connection are checked. Maybe you can try to click on the Test Connection once and see if the Needs attentions goes away or not.

As far as I know, once a credential is expired. The webhook configuration is also expired. Upon just changing the credential of the tool might not have done the Re-Configure of the tool.
Do a fresh "Configure" by clicking on the button and things will start working fine.
Hope this helps.

Hi @RC19
Webhook configuration needs attention in ServiceNow usually indicates a broken connection, often with GitHub, caused by invalid URLs, missing permissions, or inactive integration users.
Resolve this by verifying the webhook URL, regenerating credentials/secrets, and ensuring the integration user has proper API access, especially when using OAuth.
