Hello All,
We are trying to capture Jira epics and user stories into ServiceNow Digital Product Release. We've setup the Tool connection and we can get the Jira projects listed under the Plans portion of DPR. But when we open the project in DPR, the Epics or user stories which are in Jira are not there. We were expecting to see them under Work Items or Features that we can associate with Releases.
I hope someone here can provide guidance on how we can utilize DPR, so we can map our Jira epics and user stories to DPR Releases

Hello @rohitroy ,
Apologies. It took me some time to revert back. I did try your suggestion, so i created a sample epic, user story and subtask. Ans i noticed all these three items are tagged as Story under the Type column field. Maybe this is the reason why see can see any epics from the Work items imported from Jira into the DPR.
But what could be the cause for this? Also on the screenshot it provided here, there is a default filter that we can not remove or change.
Hope you could provide some insights on why this happened and how we can fix it. ?

Hi @AllanPG
Can you make sure that when you are creating an epic in Jira, it is correctly marked as type 'epic' or not.
Even after this if it doesn't work for you. Please reaise a Case for DevOps Change Velocity Product in Servicenow so that they can investigate why the epcis are not getting fetched as epics type within DevOps tables.
