Hello ServiceNow Community,
I have a question regarding the Release Quality tab in the Digital Product Release (DPR) workspace. It appears that all builds linked to a product are displayed in this tab, which can be confusing if a product has more than one release cycle in progress (kind of an upcoming Major release and a break fix release before that). Builds from different release cycles are shown together, making it challenging to track the progress and quality of individual releases.
My main concerns are:
- Is this a known scenario? How should we handle multiple release cycles in the Release Quality tab to avoid confusion?
- Are there any guidelines or best practices provided by ServiceNow to manage this situation effectively?
- Is there a backlog item or planned enhancement for DPR to address this issue, such as implementing filters or tags to distinguish builds by release cycle?
Any insights or updates from the ServiceNow DPR Product team would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Hi, we are aware of this limitation in the quality tab. We have a roadmap item to associate a git branch to the release, so that we could show the most relevant build details in the quality tab.
For now, you can register artefact from your pipeline and we'll be able to differentiate the releases if you have multiple simultaneous release on the same product.
Thanks,
Balaji

Hi @onedapaone, can we connect over a call to discuss this requirement?
