Can you have Production and Non Production Business Applications?
I am aware these would usually stand at the application service level but is there any reason not to do it, to separate the environments further for a clearer picture for our users?

Hi Dan
Thanks for your question. Our CSDM/CMDB best practice suggest to use Application Service as a way to indicate running instance of an application in an environment. So yes, the right way to indicate say non prod environment like QA environment for an application as a QA-Application Service and then have another application service for Prod.
That said, I am curious to know more about use case and what is that you are trying to do with these separate environments?
