Unable to setup Tasks in Templates on Digital Product Release

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to setup template for DPR.

After providing details for phases and then clicking on "Mark as done" - the phase icon is still showing as "in progress" and the next steps (i.e Task) is still in pending state.

Need help in moving the phases state to complete , so that i could commence work on configuring the tasks.

Hi @servicenowuser3 , could you please attach some screenshots for reference. Do you see any error alerts?

Please ensure you are selecting a phase from the Release Readiness Target dropdown.

I am having the same issue the playbook moves to the 'Phase' stage but nothing appears

@Rich  It is bit difficult to evaluate the issue based on the screenshot, could you please attach any console errors you might be observing. Or alternatively you can create a Case with the details, and we will look into the issue.
