DPM: Portfolio Indicator Data Roll-up Failure Above and Below Business Application in Taxonomy

I have created a Portfolio Indicator that sums the values from a specific field (Financial Benefits) within the rm_epic table.
However, this value is currently only being updated (rolling up) at the Business Application level. I need this value to be visible and aggregated across all nodes in the structure, as illustrated in the attached images.
Current Taxonomy Structure:
The structure I am using is as follows:
The Issue:
The indicator's values only appear when I click on the Business Application level.
If I navigate up one node (to the parent Enterprise Taxonomy Node), the value is zero.
If I navigate down to the Service Instance level, the value is also zero.
I need the indicator value to roll up (aggregate) from the Business Application level up to the Portfolio and roll down (display the corresponding Business Application value) to the Service Instance level.
