Is there a way to export .mpp files from servicenow, I'm only getting xml files to open in MS Project

I see this knowledge article, but the client wants the ability to get an mpp file since the current workaround is increasing extra steps for project managers to open the xml in ms project and then create a read only mpp file for stakeholders.

users need to export in the option ServiceNow has given
