Need Real-Time Updates for Items on Landing Page of DPM

Hello,

 

I am creating this post to ask a question on the little item boxes that can be added to the Digital Portfolio Management home screen to track the status of Business Applications, Services/Offerings, and Application Services. After some testing, I noticed that these items are not updated real-time and can often take up to an hour to update to show the status. I tried searching through the scheduled jobs, but nothing was jumping out at me.

 

Does anybody know if these items can be triggered to be updated in real-time? I have attached a screenshot of the item to show what I am mentioning.

Interested to see if anyone can provide an answer to this as we are wondering what job updates the data visualizations for  the SAM workspace landing page.

Hi, 

These solution cards under Need Attention are actually updated on a 24 hrs basis. They get updated when the DPM Daily Data Collection Job runs.

The scheduled job that refreshes the cards on DPM home page is called "DPM: Refresh Attribute Scores" and can be configured at https://yourinstance.com/sysauto_script.do?sys_id=8c732465b792311016792a16de11a909
