Is it possible to populate a DPM Personal Portfolio from a DPM List?
I have a list of 77 business apps which I want to get into a personal portfolio. I'd prefer to populate the portfolio from the list; it would make for better management and governance.
In the Add Items view of a personal portfolio the column filters are limited. They don't offer "is one of".
I'm hoping there is an alternative to me scrolling through the full list of business apps and picking each member manually. I presume the search field at the top searches only the Name field.
Ideally there would be a Select from List button to filter the view.
Has anyone done this?
