Real life use cases for DPM that we can show case to users

Hi all,

Can you provide examples of some real-life use cases that we can use to showcase how DPM could work for our service owners? we are starting with our CSDM journey (version 4) and created a few technology management service, business services and offerings and we created some demo data (incident, problem, change and request) in the DEV instance against these offerings and service instances.

Some common use-cases are:

1. Accurately identify any urgent and/or critical issues occurring for your solutions.
2. Perform a quarterly status review of your solutions with key stakeholders
3.  Identify low performing solutions in an Enterprise portfolio
4. Create a personal portfolio
